The last few weeks we were back in Germany. We come from the South West – so not Bavaria but right next to it, called “Swabia” – I think so anyway. This area is most famous for its inventors (by far the most from all over Germany) and also its saving skills, much like the Scottish if you want. Where else in the world would you find opened and only half used sugar portions in a cafe? Not a joke, Swabians definitely don’t let anything go to waste!
